Chris’ practice focuses on advice and dispute resolution in the principle areas of:

• commercial/corporate conflicts - property, financial services, shareholders, trade rivals, trade practices and contract
• retail and commercial leasing - Chris advises a number of Australia’s largest retail and commercial landlords and tenants in matters of strategy, risk assessment and management, alternative dispute resolution, litigation
• land valuation
• corporate insolvency - including in the retail, airline, accounting, property development, construction and services sectors. He has advised practitioners, directors, shareholders, employee groups and creditors, and has conducted litigation, ADR and examinations on behalf of those groups
• deceased estates - testator family maintenance, testamentary capacity, competing wills
