  • Acting for various Superannuation fund trustees, the Victorian Workcover Authority and other statutory decision makers in relation to VCAT merits review of decisions

  • Acting for Frasers property group in relation to the redevelopment of former Carlton and United Breweries site, Sydney.   This included successfully defending administrative law proceedings in the Land and Environment Court against the concept plan approval granted by the Minister for Planning

  • Acting for Inglebrae Coal Pty Ltd in successfully defending Coal Compensation Review Tribunal appeal against a determination of the Coal Compensation Board

  • acting for National Native Title Tribunal on numerous judicial review proceedings in the Federal Court
