• acting for developers on the acquisition, titling, financing and selling of residential and mixed use developments including the co-ordination of sales and providing advice on the initial set-up, management and administration of Strata and Community Schemes (including part strata developments)

• providing legal and practical advice regarding the Strata and Community Schemes Legislation

• mezzanine debt financing and general property financing

• corporate real estate acquisitions, development and disposals including sale and leaseback agreements and options

• providing property related advice in connection with listed and unlisted property funds, creating structures for investment funds and advising on issues relating to real estate funds management
