David Brigden | Partner | Sydney

David has extensive experience in environmental planning law. He assists clients to obtain development consents and other planning and licence approvals. He provides both strategic environmental planning advice and advice on specific detailed issues. He works with his clients and their other consultants to obtain practical and commercial results.

David also has extensive experience in the law relating to contamination, pollution control, heritage, valuation (both relating to land acquisition and land tax and rating matters), local government and the law and practice of government administration.

David also acts for clients in the Land and Environment Court and other Courts in NSW. Prior to joining Holding Redlich in July 2005, David was previously with another national firm and before that had been the Principal Legal Advisor in what is now the Department of Planning.
