With more than 20
years experience, Heather is one of Australia's most experienced
superannuation lawyers. She provides advice to clients across all
sectors of the superannuation industry, canvassing issues from
compliance, licensing and liaison with Regulators, to investments,
structuring issues and commercial transactions. Heather also has hands
on experience as a former director of the trustee of the Legal Industry
Superannuation Scheme, now known as legalsuper.
Heather
has advised the trustees and employer sponsors of some of Australia's
largest corporate, industry and public sector superannuation schemes.
She appreciates the needs of funds to access user-friendly,
commercially focussed advice and is pro-active in ensuring that clients
are kept aware of how changes in law will affect them.
