Scott practises in the areas of construction and infrastructure with more than 20 years experience.

He advises leading national construction companies, major commercial builders, developers, consultants, project managers and property managers.For more than 8 years, Scott participated in the development of the current AS4000 suite of contracts. He has an in-depth understanding of construction, infrastructure and engineering contracts, employment agreements, consultancy contracts, facility management agreements, WHS systems and risk management.

Recently Scott has become increasingly involved in a wide range of environmentally sustainable projects and is currently the only Principal Lawyer in Queensland with Green Star professional accreditation.

Prior to joining Holding Redlich, Scott was the National Executive Director of Industrial Relations, Legal and OH&S for the Housing Industry Association (HIA), Australia’s largest Building and Construction Industry Association.
