You need JavaScript enabled to view it Howard has over 20 years commercial dispute experience and is the head of Melbourne's commercial dispute resolution group. He specialises in the areas of contract and Corporations Act disputes, administrative law, estates and trust law, white collar crime and commissions of inquiry. Howard has substantial experience in managing large-scale litigation, and in 2001/2002 he coordinated the firm’s efforts in representing the State of Victoria before the Royal Commission into the Building & Construction Industry. In 2006/2007, he was closely involved in the Cole Commission of Inquiry involving AWB Limited. He has also acted in the defence of various significant ASIC prosecutions, as well as numerous property, trust and trade practices disputes in the Supreme and Federal Courts. With a substantial advisory and legal risk management practice, Howard has extensive experience in alternative dispute resolution, particularly mediation and expert determinations. He regularly advises government and statutory bodies. Howard has clients in the manufacturing, agribusiness, communications, logistics and import/export industries as well as the public sector.
