Marita is an Accredited Family Law Specialist with substantial experience in all areas of family law.

Before re-joining Holding Redlich in 2005, Marita worked with Howe Martin & Associates in Adelaide for three years. Marita combines a thorough understanding of the law with a practical and realistic approach to resolve even the most intractable family law disputes.

She is a skilled negotiator and advocate for her clients. Where a negotiated outcome is not possible, Marita uses her extensive knowledge and experience to act assertively on behalf of her clients in Court proceedings.

Marita practises exclusively in family law in relation to marriages and de facto relationships. She assists people with a range of matters from straight forward settlements to legally complex disputes. Her expertise includes an in depth knowledge and experience in superannuation matters.
