Jodi is a member of our Commercial Dispute Resolution practice group.

Jodi has experience in a wide range of contractual, trade practice and debt recovery disputes involving settlement conferences, mediations and court proceedings. Jodi’s matters have included and include:

• supreme court dispute regarding the implementation of a complex software solution which was settled through mediation
• large federal court dispute involving the sale of a share registry business and involving multiple stakeholders
• high court dispute regarding litigation funding and abuse of process
• large supreme court dispute involving breach of contract, breach of confidential information and breach of intellectual property rights
• dispute involving the alleged dilution of shares in breach of a Settlement Deed
• dispute involving negligent trading in the financial services industry
• federal court dispute regarding product liability and misrepresentation
• federal court dispute regarding the implementation of a software solution system
• supreme court dispute regarding the alleged repudiation of a leasing agreement
• advising and assisting in relation to debt recovery procedures, including drafting and issuing statutory demands for various clients including:
• an international freight forwarding company; and
• an Australian company involved in property development.
