Jon Cane | Partner | Sydney

Jon practices corporate and commercial law in our Sydney office. He has particular expertise in mergers and acquisitions, private equity, fundraising, joint ventures and general corporate advice.

Jon has considerable experience in handling large transactions for corporates and private equity funds, managing all aspects including structuring, due diligence and finalising documentation.

Prior to joining Holding Redlich, Jon was a director at PwC in Sydney and a partner of Berwin Leighton Paisner, a leading London law firm, where he worked for 8 years.
