Kate has over 4 years experience in a range of commercial matters. She has been involved in providing advice in relation to aspects of property development and ownership, ranging from due diligence and ownership structures of a property through to acquisition, town planning, financing, construction, leasing and sale.

Kate has worked on a number of town planning matters and her experience in this area includes involvement in the preparation and presentation of submissions to Panels Victoria and appeals to the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal and providing advice on planning matters generally.

Prior to her current position, Kate worked in the area of Commercial Litigation and Dispute Resolution. Kate’s experience in this area included appearances as counsel and instructing solicitor in State and Federal jurisdictions, and appearances as counsel in mediations and other forms of alternative dispute resolution.

Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment - Securities Institute of Australia
Admitted to practice in Western Australia in 1998
Admitted to practice in Victoria in 2004
