Kylie Hall | Snr Associate | Melbourne

Kylie is a member of the Commercial Dispute Resolution group in Melbourne and has experience acting for small and large clients in all Victorian courts and the Federal Court.  Kylie also has experience in the jurisdictions of Western Australia, South Australia and Queensland and has been involved in a variety of matters involving ASIC and the ACCC.

In addition to traditional litigation methods, Kylie is an advocate of, and has actively participated in, all varieties of alternative dispute resolution.  Kylie’s areas of practise include:

• Corporations law

Kylie also has broad experience initiating and defending injunctive proceedings, managing large scale discovery and briefing and obtaining expert evidence.
