Lisa has considerable experience in
residential and commercial property transactions and particularly
in residential apartment development. She has extensive experience
in all aspects in residential developments including acquisitions,
sales, subdivisions and body corporates and has acted in a number
of developments from start to finish varying in size from 3 apartments
to over 120 apartments, including staged developments.
Lisa believes that it is necessary to be involved
in all aspects of property development from start to finish of
the development to fully understand the issues that any developer
will need to consider when undertaking a development whether large
or small.
Lisa also has experience in residential mortgages
having acted for a mortgage originator for several years, which
work involves streamline loan and mortgage documentation and mortgagee
sales.
