Mark is experienced across a wide range of property law areas. His experience includes:

• the sale and purchase of commercial and residential property
• preparing master contracts for "off-the-plan" sales
• retail, commercial and telecommunications leasing and licensing, including drafting and negotiating leases and licences
• advising on security documentation, including mortgages, guarantees and fixed and floating charges

In recent years, Mark has focussed on the areas of strata and community schemes law and has been involved in the preparation of the title and management documentation for a number of major strata and community scheme developments.
