Michael is the Managing Partner of Holding Redlich, Brisbane. He is a property lawyer whose practice
encompasses a broad range of property transactions and projects.

Projects include:

• Orion, Springfield, South East Queensland (major regional shopping centre/development leasing)
• Wintergarden and Hilton Hotel, Brisbane (acquisition and lease of shopping centre and hotel, including full due diligence on liquor and gaming machine issues)
• Pier Shopping Cairns including Shangri-La Hotel (hotel management rights for a 5 star international hotel refurbishment). Documentation included Marketing Agreement, IP Licence Agreement, Loan Agreement and other appropriate securities
• Factory, medical laboratory, commercial and retail project, inner city. These transactions all involved acquisition, lease and development issues
• multiple land subdivision projects in Brisbane (planning and development appeals, land sales)
• Regent (Hoyts) Brisbane, site acquisition and development issues
• CP1 Brisbane, acquisition and leasing

• acquisition of industrial and commercial premises
