Neville practises extensively in most areas of property law with an emphasis on commercial property acquisitions and sales and property development, especially residential property development. He is an expert in Strata and Community Schemes and has been involved in the creation of innovative subdivision, title and governance structures for some of New South Wales’ most important residential and mixed use developments.

His long career in the law and the years as an executive of the Mirvac Group provide an extraordinary range of experience not only of the technical aspects of property law but also the property industry itself. The combination of this experience with wisdom and finely tuned analytical skills have made him a very valued adviser, particularly when there are difficult and/or unusual problems to be solved.
