Anna Daskal | Snr Associate | Sydney

Anna was admitted to the Supreme Court of New South Wales in 2005 and is a member of our Commercial Dispute Resolution Group. She joined Holding Redlich in 2010.

Anna has experience in a wide range of contractual, consumer law, equity and debt recovery disputes. Her recent experience includes:

• Acting in a Supreme Court  dispute regarding alleged misrepresentation against a banking institution;
• Acting in a Supreme Court contractual dispute regarding alleged repudiation of a leasing agreement;
• Acting for a Big Four accounting firm in various breach of contract cases in the District Court;
• Acting for a large national accounting firm in a breach of contract claim in the District Court of New South Wales;
• Acting against a Big Four bank in a District Court of NSW breach of contract case

Anna is involved in all aspects of dispute resolution including litigation, court attendances and alternative dispute resolution.
