Chris represents corporations and the trustees of superannuation funds on a wide range of commercial and corporate issues.  These include:

• corporate and investment structures
• acquisitions and divestments
• equity and debt financing
• investment management

Chris has extensive experience in the media and entertainment industry.  He is an expert in film and television financing and is a former Chairman of the Australian Film Finance Corporation and a former board member of Film Victoria.

Many of Australia's largest property groups rely on Chris' expertise in all areas of commercial property. Chris has considerable experience in large scale property transactions involving substantial and complex documentation.  His extensive experience enables him to provide legal and strategic advice in relation to all aspects of property development, ownership and management.

Chris believes that a top-flight property lawyer should be able to handle all aspects of property development, from the initial due diligence of a property and structuring of the development vehicle through the acquisition, town planning, financing, pre-leasing and construction phases to completion, final leasing and sale.  He handles or manages all aspects of each major transaction on this basis.
