Christine has over 10 years experience in a range of industries and issues. She has acted in disputes involving contracts, statutory indemnities, corporations law, financial services and mortgages, insurance contracts, liquor licensing, franchising, real property, building and construction and trade practices. She has been involved in some large scale litigation involving complex issues and substantial electronic discovery. She has represented statutory corporations, private companies and individuals in the Consumer Trader & Tenancy Tribunal, Local & District Courts, Supreme Court, Federal Court and the High Court and she has worked for a year in the United Kingdom gaining valuable experience in that jurisdiction, where she is also admitted.
