Kate has experience in a wide range of commercial litigation matters including: contractual disputes, commercial leasing disputes, construction disputes and franchising matters. She has experience in large scale litigation, having worked on one of the longest running cases in New South Wales.

She has practiced as a solicitor in Western Australia and New South Wales and worked in the Supreme Court of Western Australia.

Kate also worked for the Treasury Solicitor of the United Kingdom. She gained experience in administrative law including judicial review applications and Court of Appeal hearings of immigration law matters.
