Kristin is a member of the Commercial Dispute Resolution group in Melbourne.

Kristin’s commercial litigation experience includes by court based litigation and alternative dispute resolution methods.  Kristin has acted on behalf of corporations, directors, small businesses, partnerships and individuals. Her areas of practice include:

• Commercial contractual disputes
• Disputes arising under the Corporations Act
• Disputes arising under the Trade Practice Act
• Small business and partnership disputes
• Acting for trustees of Superannuation funds in relation to claims by members
• Insolvency and bankruptcy advice including advising receivers and liquidators on all aspects of their appointment and conducting litigation on behalf of liquidators
• Property disputes

Prior to joining Holding Redlich, Kristin also had experience in a large scale regulatory practice in London. 

Kristin has a broad range of commercial litigation experience in both small and large scale litigation in the Magistrates’ Court, County and Supreme Courts of Victoria, the Federal Court and VCAT.
