Paul is a partner of the firm’s Employment and Commercial Dispute Resolution department. He is experienced in all aspects of litigation, in State and Federal jurisdictions, as well as employment, occupational health and safety and migration law.

Paul’s previous work has covered a range of areas including:

  • acting for multinational corporations and Government Owned Corporations in prosecutions under the Queensland Workplace Health and Safety Act, Electrical Safety Act and Environmental Protection Act
  • advising large corporate entities on Employment and Industrial Relations matters
  • advising and acting for corporations in respect of Australian Securities and Investments Commission prosecutions and Office of Fair Trading investigations
  • advising and acting for Government and professional bodies in administrative law matters (merits and judicial review, FOI and statutory interpretation)
  • advising and acting in major contractual and trade practices disputes for multinational corporations and large government entities

Paul’s clients have included multinational mining and transport entities, Commonwealth Government departments, Government Owned Corporations, professional associations, the Government of Japan and telecommunication entities.

Paul is also a registered Migration Agent (MARN: 0501353) specialising in employment, business, investment and skilled migration.
