Amanda is one of Australia’s leading construction lawyers, with extensive knowledge and experience derived over 24 years practice
as a lawyer specialising in advising leading Australian and Asian construction industry participants on all legal aspects of major
projects.

Amanda has advised on a diverse and large range of civil, mining, building, property, commercial and telecommunications
infrastructure projects. Amanda’s involvement spans the whole lifecycle of the project, from project inception, through to tendering
and contract preparation, contract administration , ongoing operations and maintenance and dispute management and resolution.
Amanda also has a depth of experience in advising in relation to the procurement of privately funded public infrastructure as well as
other government and private sector projects both within Australia, across Asia and the Middle East.

Recent experience includes advising:
• on procurement and contract drafting for the USD $1.5 billion Palapa Ring Submarine Cable Project in Indonesia
• on the financing of the construction of a number of oil rigs in Singapore
• on all aspects of the development of an industrial township in Johor, Malaysia
• a bidder for aspects of a series of gas pipeline projects in Indonesia
• a contractor in relation to the recent Telstra 3rd Generation Broadband network rollout
• a contractor regarding disputes arising out of a golf course project and medical centre project in Dubai
• a major Australian contractor in relation to NSW Supreme Court litigation concerning the construction of the Third Runway
project at Sydney’s Kingsford Smith Airport
