Ronit practices in the construction and infrastructure area. She has a wide breadth of experience in construction transactions, including:

• advising on construction projects involving retail, commercial, industrial, residential and mixed-use developments
• advising on, drafting and negotiating construction contracts and associated documentation, including design and financing documents
• advising on contract administration
• preparing pro-forma documentation for clients
• advising on legislative interpretation
