Frances specialises in workplace relations. Prior to joining Holding Redlich, she practiced as a solicitor in the UK, also specialising in workplace relations.

Frances' experience includes:

• advising employers on all aspects of employment, including the termination of employment, misuse of electronic mail and internet sources, misappropriation of property, incapacity, redundancy, breach of fiduciary duties and misuse of confidential information
• advising on employment issues arising on the transmission of businesses
• acting for employers in various discrimination claims, including claims concerning sexual harassment, sex discrimination, race discrimination, disability discrimination and pregnancy discrimination
• drafting contracts of employment and policies for employers
• advising on the effect of amendments to the federal workplace relations legislation and the applicability of these amendments on employers, including charities, local authorities and small businesses
• acting for employers in termination of employment proceedings in the industrial relations tribunals and common law courts.
