Jacqui Doyle | Snr Associate | Brisbane

Jacqui Doyle is a lawyer in the Construction and Infrastructure group and has a construction
and commercial litigation background. Jacqui joined Holding Redlich in January 2010 to
pursue a career specialising in construction litigation, primarily in relation to claims involving
the Building and Construction Industry Payment Act and subsequent substantive Supreme
Court litigation.

Jacqui now has considerable experience in these areas and spends her time focusing on:

1. claims made under Security for Payment Legislation (in New South Wales, Queensland, Western Australia and the Northern Territory) including preparing payment claims, payment schedules, and adjudication applications and responses;
2. appeals to the Supreme Court in relation to adjudication decisions;
3. appeals to the Court of Appeal from Supreme Court decisions;
4. issues and/or disputes that commonly arise under construction contracts; and
5. construction and infrastructure litigation.

Since joining Holding Redlich in January 2010, Jacqui has been involved in several high
profile projects which have included, but are not limited to:

1. working with a project participant to a large pipeline dispute in Western Australia;
2. working with a project participant to a substantive dispute regarding a high profile
   development on the Gold Coast; and
3. working with appellants in relation to high profile adjudication decisions which have resulted in proceedings going before the Queensland Court of Appeal.
