Lou advises a number of large property development companies in relation to subdivisions, titling, planning and development, stamp duty, finance and mortgages and particularly in relation to "off the plan" sales and preparation of contracts for this purpose.

Lou has also, over a period of 25 years, practised in and accumulated expertise and knowledge in the areas of Family Law, Probate, Wills and Estate Planning, having acted for and advised many clients of the firm in these sometimes emotional and complex areas of law.
