Marguerite is a Lawyer in the Commercial Dispute Resolution group at the Brisbane Office. Marguerite focuses
on the following practice areas:

• Insolvency
• Intellectual property
• Trade practices

Prior to joining the team at Holding Redlich, Marguerite practised in insurance law where she worked closely with
insurance companies in the areas of compulsory third party insurance, professional negligence and public liability
insurance in both litigated and pre-litigated matters. She has also acted on behalf of injured plaintiffs in motor
vehicle and workplace accident claims.
