Helen's extensive experience enables her to provide legal and commercial advice in relation to all aspects of property development, ownership, leasing and management from initial due diligence and structuring for an acquisition through to a successful sale.

Helen has expertise in documentation, structures, ownership vehicles, procedures and property taxes (including GST, land tax and stamp duty).

Helen considers that in order to add value a lawyer must not only be technically proficient, but commercially attuned, both to the client's objectives and the property industry in general. An ability to pick the issues and knowing when and how best to compromise is integral to meeting the client's objectives and Helen approaches every transaction with this focus.
