Lindsay also has considerable experience in drafting and negotiating commercial and retail leases for both landlords and tenants.He has acted for a number of top 50 ASX listed companies, ISPT Pty Ltd, BlackRock Investment Management (Australia) Limited and many other private companies and individuals. Lindsay is involved in the development and maintenance of precedent lease documents to ensure that they remain current with legislative and common law changes.
