Margot has practised exclusively as a leasing lawyer for over 15 years and has developed significant expertise in all aspects of commercial, industrial and retail leasing, acting for both landlords and tenants. Margot regards the role of a leasing lawyer as balancing the parties’ commercial interests with relevant legal requirements whilst recognising the ongoing nature of leasing relationships.
