Richard specializes in real estate funds management, trusts, syndicates and other investment structures, financing and ancillary taxation aspects. Richard has exceptional transactional experience gained from servicing some of the biggest investment platforms in Australia and has an excellent reputation for executing large and complex transactions in an efficient and cost-effective manner.

Richard has over 25 years experience in relation to the strategic planning, negotiation and delivery of major projects based on a high level understanding of the real estate industry. Richard adopts a vigorous approach to feasibility and yield, due diligence and achieving “bankable” project documentation.Richard’s clients currently include:

Richard’s most recent experience includes ISPT’s joint venture acquisition and residential development of Chatswood Interchange and acting for Cbus Property in connection with its acquisition of a one third interest in the DEXUS 1 Bligh Street, Sydney commercial development, preferred equity investment in the AMP Capital Investors’ residential development at 18 College Street, Sydney and residential development joint venture with St Hilliers at Darlinghurst, Sydney.
