Robert Moses | Partner | Sydney

Robert specialises in planning and environmental law. Prior to joining Holding Redlich, Robert worked for the NSW Department of Planning and another national law firm. He has experience acting for clients in relation to major development matters including mining, energy, infrastructure and commercial projects as well as local matters. Robert also has experience in relation to administrative law, privacy law and freedom of information.

Robert is experienced in a range of planning matters including:

• advising clients in relation to the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979
• acting for clients in the Land and Environment Court
• drafting planning agreements
• advising on heritage matters
• management and remediation of contaminated land
• compulsory acquisition

Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice - College of Law
Master of International Business - University of Sydney
Admitted as a legal practitioner in the Supreme Court of New South Wales and the High Court of Australia
