Simone is experienced in a wide range of finance, property and commercial law areas covering a variety of asset classes.

Her experience includes:

• acting for mezzanine lenders and banks on property finance and asset finance transactions
• advising borrowers on loan and security documentation including loan and facility agreements, land mortgages, share mortgages, guarantees and fixed and floating charges
• drafting and negotiating contracts for both property and general commercial transactions
• acting on behalf of landlords and tenants in relation to the drafting and negotiation of commercial leases
• acting on property acquisitions and disposals
