With a focus on superannuation, Hedy has assisted public offer and large industry fund superannuation trustees with marketing materials, deed amendments, implementing successor fund transfers and mergers, drafting and negotiating agreements, liaising with Regulators and actuaries, due diligence, compliance, and relief applications.

Hedy’s secondment experiences, to a Regulator, to a stock broking house and to a listed fund manager, have given her an insight into the perspectives and needs of a range of participants in the financial sector.  She has also provided legal assistance to listed and unlisted companies, financial advisers, stock brokers, platform providers, charitable scheme operators, and other product issuers.
