Sonia advises in respect of a wide variety of media and commercial/corporate areas including:

• mergers, joint ventures and acquisitions

• development, production and financing of film and television projects

• intellectual property protection and exploitation

• trade practices issues

• broadcasting issues

Sonia’s clients include advertising and media buying agencies, television and radio licensees and production and
post-production companies.

Sonia is an occasional lecturer at the Australian Film, Television and Radio School (AFTRS) and she performs
pro bono work as a volunteer lawyer at the Arts Law Centre.
