Stephen’s expertise is in the area of major commercial property, infrastructure, financing and construction transactions with an emphasis on property development. Stephen has practised extensively in Australia, Papua New Guinea and various parts of South East Asia during his 33 years of legal practice.

He specialises in advising on and managing all aspects of major property, financing, infrastructure and construction projects including contract drafting and negotiation, due diligence, acquisitions, joint ventures, financing, leasing and sale. Stephen acts for both institutional and private developers, investors, contractors and the NSW Government.
