After a solid grounding in general commercial practice, Steve has focused, over the last 15 years, on major development, construction and infrastructure projects.

Steve’s combination of skills in property and development transactions, front-end construction and general commercial work, enable him to provide a fully integrated service which is highly regarded by our clients in the property development and infrastructure delivery and investment industries.

Our clients particularly value Steve’s commercial perspective and advice which is underpinned by his experience and understanding of development and construction risk on the one hand, and commercial objectives on the other, which need to be properly balanced in these transactions.

In the last 4 years Steve has been heavily involved in a number of major infrastructure projects delivered under the Partnerships Victoria model. 

Steve has had a principal role in the following major projects in recent years:

• Royal Melbourne Showgrounds redevelopment

• Film and Television Studios project in Docklands

• development of the Epworth Eastern Private Hospital in Box Hill

• development of the ANZ Contact Centre in South Melbourne

• development and leasing of 2 new office buildings at 11 Exhibition Street and 460 Lonsdale Street, Melbourne
