Troy is a recognised industry expert in relation to construction litigation and in the 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016 and 2017 editions of Doyle’s Guide to the Australian Legal Profession, Troy is named as one of the Leading Construction & Infrastructure Lawyers in Queensland. Troy has also been named in the Best Lawyers in Australia guide in 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017 and 2018 in the practice area of Construction/Infrastructure Law.

Troy is also a recognised specialist in relation to construction and infrastructure disputes (including substantive litigation in all superior courts, arbitration, expert determination and mediation) as well as acting on behalf of both Claimants and Respondents in claims pursuant to the various Security of Payment Acts. This extensive experience ensures that Troy and the entire Holding Redlich security of payment team understand the tips, tricks and traps associated with such claims.
Troy assists in the training of adjudicators in all states and territories of Australia and conducts numerous courses in relation to construction matters generally and the various Security of Payment Acts. Troy is also the co-author of the online annotated Building and Construction Industry Payments Act published by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
