Alex is a member of the Commercial Dispute Resolution group in Melbourne.

Alex was admitted to practise in 2004 and has experience in acting for a variety of corporate clients including publicly listed companies and privately held corporations in commercial disputes.

Alex’s areas of practise include:

In 2006 Alex was involved in assisting a number of witnesses in the Cole Oil for Food Inquiry into AWB Limited and has been involved more recently in the subsequent investigations and prosecutions launched by the AFP and ASIC.

Prior to joining Holding Redlich, Alex worked at a large multi-national law firm where she was involved in large scale corporate litigation involving one of the State’s largest infrastructure developments, the Spencer Street Southern Cross Station Redevelopment.

Alex has experience in all types of dispute resolution, including court based litigation as well as alternative dispute resolution including mediation, arbitration and independent expert determination.

Alex has experience in all Victorian jurisdictions including the Supreme Court, County and Magistrates’ Courts and VCAT, as well as the Federal Court, private Tribunals and Commissions of Inquiry.
